The first one was a no show and the second one was a drive-by for an estimate on front and back yard clean-up, who was late and then didn't even call or ring the doorbell when he got here, so he never even saw the backyard! I called Bullseye and they showed up exactly on time, checked out everything, and gave me a good price for a major clean-up of both my front and back yards and an irrigation repair. They were on time, professional, courteous and just really good guys. It was a pleasurable experience, and I plan to continue with their maintenance service, as well as any other yard care I have. These days it seems difficult to get reliable people to do good work. Any landscaping need you have, just go directly to Bullseye and avoid the wasted time and effort dealing with the others. We recently purchased a property that has a tremendous amount of landscaping. During the contract negotiation time, the property accumulated weeds and the HOA reached out to us and said we needed to take care of them. I reached out to Bullseye and Andrew was in touch with us within hours setting up an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. He taught us a lot about our property, gave us recommendations for things that might be trouble in the future (bad decisions on certain plants that won't thrive well in our climate), etc. We received an extremely reasonable quote the next day and setup time with the folks from Bullseye to come out a couple of days later.The folks show up on-site exactly on time and walked us through even some further recommendations for things we should address. We walked the property and described some additional observations we had made with the property since our estimate and they gave us some more recommendations for things that we should remove if we didn't want leaves in our pool (some honeysuckle bushes that while beautiful just were way to close and dropping leaves by the minute). When they were all done we really could see the true beauty of our yard and are so happy with the end result. He was absolutely not fazed when my elderly stepfather did not answer the door for the consultation appointment and just rescheduled without hassle. As we do not live on the property Drew contacted me via phone and text throughout the process, as well as dealt directly with my stepfather at the property. Drew sent photos of what he thought needed to be done. He informed us that there was a tree growing into power cords and other over grown trees on the property. All of which would have been a danger and things we were not aware of. There was so much to do and haul off. They also removed an old refrigerator for an added very cheap price of 40$. It was done in a matter of a half day. So, so, so happy with the service. My stepfather is also so pleased as he was treated with great respect and he can enjoy the clean and safe yard he could no longer care for.
